It was great to have you at the conference. You are a fun chick. If you ever need a sister act, remember I can speak Appalachian.  You were a hoot and good luck with all you do.

Ohio Arts Council

I was priviledged to be invited to a Stakeholder Meeting at the Ohio Arts Council at their office in Columbus on Friday, (8/20). Our group included Arts Councils from many parts of the state from large cities to small councils (such as Riverbend in Meigs County). It was a lively discussion, very helpful and enlightening. It seems we all have the same basic concerns, getting the word out about events, the need for board members to step up and really take a part, and take it seriously, and…See More

I've just been on the phone with Eric, who walked me through the set up of my page on the OOPS website.

WOW! This is great. If you join the OOPS! (Ohio Order for the Preservation of Storytelling) you can have your own page too. It has been a great experience attending the OOPS conferences over the past several years, learned a lot, met wonderful people, acquired great new friends, and just had a lot of fun.

I have served on the Board for three years and now I know just…
