Message From the President
Hi OOPS! Members, Storytellers and Story Lovers!
Currently I am serving as your Presidents, until May 2012 Conference. During these last few months, I am hoping to see most members on this website with their own page, and commenting about storytelling and OOPS! on a regular basis. I will be sending out quarterly newsletters on line, the next one will come in October. If you did not get the July newsletter, it is because I either did not have your email address, or I did not have the information that you are an OOPS! member, so that I could mail out that last snail mail newsletter.
Another activity that I hope to entice you to attend the National Storytelling Conference in Cincinnati, Ohio on June 28th to the 30th of 2012.
Finally, I am, along with the entire OOPS Board, planning a terrific May 4th through May 6th Conference in 2012 at Mt. Vernon. Our featured teller is Babba Jamal Koram. We hope to see you there for a terrific experience in storytelling!!

Hi Everyone! The conference is really getting close. I suppose you saw a couple of days ago that in 2012 Cincy will be the site of the NSN conference. I am hoping that we can generate a lot of enthusiasm amongst the OOPS! board and members to attend this wonderful conference, so close to us all. I am certain that many will be asked about volunteering to help with the hosting. I know that our Kentucky neighbors have offered their services to the NSN board. Let us begin to brainstorm about all that this opportunity can mean to OOPS! See you all soon! Jonatha
